For all orders, we will advise you by e-mail when your goods are dispatched.  We would appreciate it if you are available to receive your goods on the date specified in the e-mail. As we are a company that cares about the environment, we would love to think that all our goods can be delivered first time to save on carbon emissions. Please try your best to be available to receive your goods. For some of our larger items our carriers may require a signature. If  you know you will be unavailable, please make contact with us as soon as possible to arrange a more suitable time. If you miss delivery on large items you may be charged for a second delivery attempt.

Sometimes you need to see things in your own home to know if they work or not so while we hope that you will be delighted with your order we understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items. We try to make returns as easy as possible and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 14 days of when we delivered them. If you would like to return an item please get in touch through our Contact Page Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to let you know that we’ve sorted it, but please allow five–ten days for the refund to show on your account.


Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the Proof of Posting receipt as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that fail to reach us. In order to qualify for a refund, the returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged. Please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers and the cost for this will be deducted from your refund - simply call us or contact us using the contact form and a member the team will be able to advise you.
